MMTC Ltd & AusNAC Australian Apprenticeships Centre Representatives initially met with Joanne Eastman from the DSE to discuss the program they were considering introducing in Swan Hill and Mildura.  Following this meeting applicants were recruited through local Job Network Agencies for these positions.  Applicants were put through a short course on Interview Techniques and other training including dress and grooming, first aid certificates and chemical handling.
